Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Personal preference regarding color, style, or design
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer during ordering
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Provide your order details.
  3. Send clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  4. Our team will review the request and provide instructions.

Dress Point reserves the right to approve or reject return requests based on the provided evidence.


Replacement Policy

If your return request is approved due to:

  • Wrong item
  • Damaged item
  • Defective item

We will provide a replacement product subject to stock availability.

If the same product is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in approved cases where:

  • A replacement cannot be provided
  • The ordered item is unavailable after approval
  • Delivery issues are caused by our side

Approved refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed method.


Delivery Charges

For Customer-Initiated Issues

If the return is requested due to reasons not caused by Dress Point, applicable delivery and return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.

For Company Errors

If the issue is caused by Dress Point (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), all applicable replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Customers are encouraged to check package details upon receiving the product.

Once the product has been accepted and used, refund eligibility may be limited according to this policy.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


Fraud Prevention

Dress Point reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements in cases of:

  • False claims
  • Misuse of the return policy
  • Repeated fraudulent activities
